In a small cup, combine 2 heaped teaspoons of instant coffee powder with 2 tablespoons of hot milk. Stir until the coffee is completely dissolved and set aside.

In a saucepan over low heat, mix 1 cup of boiled milk with 4 pieces of cooking chocolate (dark or milk). Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and creamy.

In a blender jar, add a few ice cubes, 500 mL of chilled full cream milk, 2 teaspoons of sugar, the prepared coffee mix, the melted chocolate milk, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

Pour the milkshake into a tall glass drizzled with chocolate syrup. Garnish with chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
