Main Ingredients:
5 piece Egg
to taste Onion (finely chopped)
to taste Tomato (finely chopped)
Green Chilies: Sliced (adjust for spice preference)
For garnishing Nylon Sev
For the Mint Chutney:
1 handful Mint Leaves
1 handful Coriander Leaves (chopped)
small Onion
small Ginger
few cloves Garlic
3 piece Green Chilli
1 tsp Rock Salt
1 piece Lemon
1 tbsp Curd
A pinch Chaat Masala
Seasoning & Garnishing:
to taste Black Salt
to taste Red Chilli Powder
to taste Chaat Masala
For garnishing Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Step 1— Boil the Eggs

Place 5 eggs in a pot with water and a pinch of salt. Boil them until firm.

Once boiled, cool the eggs, peel off the shells, and set them aside.
Step 2— Prepare the Mint Chutney

In a mixer jar, combine a handful of fresh mint leaves, a handful of fresh coriander leaves, a small piece of onion, ginger, a few garlic cloves, and 3 green chilies.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of rock salt and begin grinding.

Halfway through, add the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tablespoon of curd, and a pinch of chaat masala. Grind into a smooth, fine chutney.
Step 3— Prepare the Egg Base and Assemble the Chaat

Slice the boiled eggs using an egg slicer or a sharp knife.

Arrange the egg slices on a serving plate.

Evenly sprinkle with kala namak (black salt) and chili powder.
