4 piece Egg
3 tbsp Oil
2 medium Onion (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 medium Tomato (thinly sliced)
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 piece Green Chilli
1 cup Water
Pav Bhaji Masala: 1 & 1/2 Tsp
1 tbsp Butter
For garnishing Fresh Coriander

Boil the eggs in water. Place them in cold water afterward to make peeling easier.

Peel the boiled eggs and cut each one into four pieces.

Heat cooking oil in a pan or kadhai. Add two thinly sliced medium onions and sauté on high flame until they turn slightly pink.

Mix in ginger-garlic paste and sauté on medium flame until the raw smell dissipates.

Add turmeric powder followed by two thinly sliced medium tomatoes. Stir in Kashmiri red chilli powder and green chillies.

Add a splash of water, cover, and cook on medium flame until the tomatoes soften.

Stir in Pav bhaji masala (or a substitute like Kitchen King or garam masala) and cover to cook for a short while longer.

Add butter, mix well, and garnish with fresh chopped coriander. Cook for another minute or two, and your delicious Egg Masala is ready to serve!
