5 piece Boiled Eggs
1 cup Gram Flour (besan)
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
1 piece Ginger (finely chopped)
1 piece Green Chilli (chopped)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
A few Curry Leaves
A few Coriander Leaves (chopped)
to taste Salt
as needed Water
